Help us sustain and expand our programming! We're looking for one or two volunteers to support our Fundraising Committee with grant writing. Focus areas would include:
- Researching local foundations to determine mission fit
- Drafting and editing grant proposals
- Attending quarterly Fundraising Committee meetings and helping to shape FinAbility's fundraising strategy
Time commitment will be roughly 4 or 8 hours per month with lots of flexibility to take time off.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for strong writers who are passionate about our mission and driven to deliver exceptional work. We are open to candidates without prior grant writing experience. What matters to us is demonstrated grit and the ability to learn.
This role can be done 100% remotely, but there is a preference for candidates in either Oregon's Greater Portland Area.
