Joleen has been a resident of Portland for over 20 years. After earning a BA from Lewis and Clark College, she has dedicated her career to supporting survivors of domestic violence and trauma. She has worked as an advocate, helping survivors find safety and stability, and has served as a volunteer and program coordinator, supporting empowerment programs. Additionally, she is a licensed acupuncturist focusing on mental health and trauma. As a survivor herself, she is proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to creating opportunities for the community.
